The Covid pandemic has made working from home now the norm. We know that having to travel all the way to our clinic to pick up your prescription can sometimes be a huge hassle.

At RMDY Clinic, we are committed to providing the best care for our patients. As part of our continuous efforts to safeguard the health of our patients, we offer a Medication Delivery service. This service is applicable only to existing patients registered at our clinic.

Here’s how our Medication Delivery works:

  • Step 1:

    Get in touch by dropping us a Whatsapp message, calling 65183306 or email us at hello@rmdyclinic.com. Kindly provide us the following details:

    • Name, NRIC/FIN, contact number

    • Medication name, dosage and quantity required

    • Delivery address

    • Preferred date and time of delivery

  • Step 2:

    Our dedicated staff will verify your medical records on our end and confirm your prescription details with our doctor.

  • Step 3:

    After our doctor has approved your request, we will issue you an invoice for you to arrange virtual payment via FAST bank transfer or PayNow. Please enquire with us on other available payment methods.

  • Step 4:

    After we have received your payment, we will arrange your medication delivery.

FAQs

  • Next day delivery: $21.80

    Same day delivery: $32.70

  • Next day delivery: Weekdays between 10.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday between 10.00am to 2.00pm

    Same day delivery: Order and payment to be made by 4.00pm on weekdays, and 12.00pm on Saturday

    Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • The items will be packed securely in opaque packaging material.

  • Please enquire with us if you have such a requirement. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but seek your kind understanding as some countries impose strict import restrictions on pharmaceutical products.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • A prescription fee of $10.90 is applicable for repeat or partially filled prescriptions.

  • All prescriptions must first be verified by our doctor.

  • Payment must be made before delivery.

  • Goods delivered are non refundable.

  • If goods are damaged upon receiving, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are not allowed 24 hours after delivery.

  • Medication delivery is not applicable to temperature-sensitive drugs.

  • Additional charges for bulky and heavy items apply. Please enquire for more information.

  • Additional charges also apply for special arrangement delivery or re-delivery.
